The premier Event for Cumberland
Each year, more people and businesses are attracted to Cumberland. From a national pastime to a national park, from nightlife to wildlife, Cumberland offers something for everyone. Come hear from experts about Cumberland’s booming business and multi-family sector, quality of life, cultural amenities, and the diversity that makes Cumberland unique.
This exciting first-time event will be held at the TK Elevator headquarters on Thursday, March 2 from 7 – 9:30 a.m. with breakfast and networking beginning at 7:00 a.m. and the program from 7:45 – 9:30 a.m.
The meeting will celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the Cumberland CID and launch One Cumberland, a 501(c)(3) organization designed to bolster the work of the Cumberland CID.
Mike Plant, President and CEO of the Atlanta Braves Development Company, will be the keynote speaker and provide an update on the remarkable developments within The Battery Atlanta and their significant impact on the district. Additionally, there will be two panels filled with subject matter experts who are listed below.

A panel of experts will showcase Cumberland’s smart growth and its emergence as a thriving and vibrant economic powerhouse – boasting Class A office space; updated retail options with Cumberland Mall, the Galleria, and The Battery Atlanta; growing accessibility options; and the rise of more multifamily communities. The panel will delve into the area’s cultural and demographic shifts, explore the range of the amenities available to tenants, residents, and visitors; and discuss area investment opportunities and economic outlook insights.
